Observe + Focus Full Body Flow
In this class, we work through two main themes:
Observation:
What works for you? Our bodies are different, and how we feel changes all the time. Can you meet yourself exactly where you are, and give yourself what you need with real kindness? Can you be unafraid to soften, to do less? Taking tree pose with your toes still on the ground says nothing about your worth as a person. Period.
Focus:
Focus is a skill to practice and strengthen. The world is working against us when it comes to focus. There is no real solitude anymore, no real silence. Look around you: the devices, the materials, the endless input and noise. It is dizzying. Focus means one input and one output. It means learning to quiet the noise, tuning into your foot on the ground, your body in space, the feeling of holding steady in warrior 3. It takes practice and effort.
This movement is meant to feel good. Enjoy it.
