    Spicy Glute + Hamstring Flow

    This class targets the glutes, hips, and hamstrings, and yes, it’s spicy. We’ll move through a few strong burners, use an oxygenating breath technique to stay steady, and explore a shape I call “inverted crescent lunge,” designed to build acute body awareness and balance. Set your rhythm, stick with it, and keep breathing.
