Spicy Glute + Hamstring Flow
This class is a strong, breath-driven flow that targets the glutes, hips, and hamstrings. Expect a bit of fire as we move through a few well-placed burners designed to challenge both strength and focus. We’ll also work with a shape I call “inverted crescent lunge,” which sharpens balance and builds precise body awareness.
Throughout the class, we use a full-lung, oxygenating breath technique to support circulation, calm the nervous system, and help sustain energy. It’s not just about the movement, it’s about how you move and how you breathe through it.
